How long do I have to commit for?

Unlike taking out a long lease with an office landlord, at Citibase we only ask for a minimum commitment of just a few days providing you with the flexibility to suit your business needs

What size of offices do you offer?

Anything from a one person workspace up to over 100 dependant on the centre. We will happily reconfigure our office space wherever possible to best fit your business needs.

How much do offices cost?

All workspaces are individually priced and dependent on a number of factors including location, size and length of term. Here at Citibase, we guarantee to always offer you the most competitive and flexible deal we can provide.

How quickly can I move in?

We will endeavour to enable you to move in from the day you’ve signed the agreement subject to us having available space.

Will your concierge team on reception greet my guests?

Our concierge team in the centre essentially work for you. All your guests will be greeted by a member of staff and all your calls can be answered using your business name.

What IT & Telecoms do you offer?

At Citibase we offer a variety of internet and telecoms packages to meet your needs. Choose from shared or dedicated bandwidths with immediate high speed internet connection. Ask us for details for which package best suits your business.

Can I move to a bigger office if I take on more people?

Yes, you can increase the number of workstations or office size at any time, subject to availability. Many of our customers have grown significantly whilst in our centres and we are always happy to help try and accommodate each customer’s needs.

Can I downsize the size of my office?

Yes, you can downsize to a smaller office or move to a different Citibase centre at the end of your contract term. We always do our upmost to work with customers to provide them with the office space that best suits them, subject to availability.

What is a virtual office?

A virtual office is where we provide you with many of the services you’d expect from an office but without having the actual presence of desks and chairs. You will have an office address for your business mail to be sent to; a telephone number for your calls to be answered by us or automatically forwarded; you can even access our meeting rooms and admin services too. So you can work from home or anywhere else you choose and have Citibase support you with your office requirements without the costs of having a physical office.

Please note that virtual offices are not available at all centres. See individual centres to check if they offer this service.

Do you have meeting rooms?

All our centres have meeting room facilities of varying different sizes. They are available to hire by the hour, half day or full day and our friendly concierge team can arrange for refreshments, catering, AV equipment and more and you only need to pay for what services you require.
