The Scotsman reports on how Citibase is aiming for 15 Scottish business centres18/10/2016

Scott Reid, the Business Editor of the Scotsman newspaper, interviewed Citibase CEO Steve Jude about how the recent doubling of size of their business centre network in Scotland is just the beginning of some ambitious expansion plans. With the recent opening of Citibase Aberdeen (pictured here) and Citibase Strathclyde Business Park, he said enquiries in Scotland were up 23% so far this year.

Steve was also quoted saying “We are looking at a number of locations. Our markets are small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). There is some 10 million square feet of empty space in Scotland and we are looking for about 3 per cent of that.”
