The ribbon is cut to officially open Strathclydes newest business hub14/11/2016

The new fully serviced business centre in the heart of Scotland’s Central Belt celebrated its official opening last Thursday 10th November, by holding a grand ribbon cutting ceremony and open day.

Situated amongst the 155 acres of parkland and lakes of Strathclyde Business Park near Bellshill, Citibase Strathclyde Business Park welcomed numerous members of the local business community to explore all that the centre offers.

At noon, our VIP guests, Alan Murray (Mackay Properties Limited – the building owner) and the first customer of the centre, Ronnie O’Neill (Ronnie O’Neill Freight Solutions) had the honour of cutting the ribbon to officially declare the centre well and truly open.

Citibase’s Operation Manager Euan Stuart said: “We were thrilled to show so many local small businesses how Citibase can help manage their office space, leaving them to concentrate on what’s important to them – running their businesses. By offering space for over 100 new start-up’s, entrepreneurs and SMEs we are looking forward to help incubate and grow this vital small business community and providing a welcome boost to the employment and economy of the area.”

As with Citibases’ other business centres throughout the UK, the newly refurbished Citibase Strathclyde Business Park offers flexible short term and affordable contracts, which will appeal to those who are often deterred by long term office leases. Suites are immediately available and offered in various sizes from one person to much larger spaces making it ideal for businesses at every level of their development.

The centre also offers 24-hour access with on-site parking, meeting room facilities, manned reception, business support services and personalised call handling. Businesses also benefit from a range of superfast internet and telecom packages
