Mayor of Newcastle-under-Lyme cuts the ribbon to officially open the town’s newest business hub09/09/2016

The Mayor of Newcastle-under-Lyme, Councillor Ian Wilkes, was the guest of honour at the Open Day held yesterday, Thursday 9th September, at Citibase Newcastle-under-Lyme to celebrate the official opening of the business centre.

Located in the town’s most prominent business location at the end of King Street, Citibase invited the Mayor, many members of the local business community and the numerous businesses who have already made the centre their home to celebrate the occasion with a ribbon cutting ceremony and tour of the facilities.

The vibrant entrepreneurial hub has quickly established itself as a key part of the Newcastle-under-Lyme business community. It has proved so popular that within a few months of welcoming its first customers, doubled in size due to the phenomenal demand for their fully serviced office space available…

Local businesses and entrepreneurs who took the opportunity to explore more about the centre on its open day included accountants, solicitors, IT and telecoms, financial services, electrical traders and even furniture companies.

Centre Manager, Greg Rowley said: “It was a pleasure that we were able to share with the Mayor and the local business community the great flexible and affordable fully serviced office space that we can offer to businesses. We’ve been bowled over by the warmth of the reception and enthusiasm that Citibase has received since opening in the town. And we look forward to helping even more entrepreneurs, start-up’s and SME’s manage their office space, leaving them to concentrate on what’s important to them – running and growing their businesses.”

The centre offers 24 hour access with secure on-site parking, meeting room facilities, manned reception, business support services and personalised call handling. Businesses also benefit from a range of superfast internet and telecom packages.

As with Citibases’ other business centres throughout the UK, Citibase Newcastle-under-Lyme offers flexible short term and affordable contracts, which will appeal to entrepreneurs and businesses who are often deterred by long term office leases. Suites are offered in various sizes from one person to much larger spaces making it ideal for businesses at every level of their development.
