More entrepreneurs and start-ups call Newcastle-under-Lyme home giving local economy a boost30/11/2016
Giving a huge vote of confidence to the local economy, the town’s newest business hub – Citibase Newcastle-under-Lyme – has commenced the third phase of its expansion. The new space, due to launch before Christmas, will offer home to more than 20 additional entrepreneurs, start-up’s and SME’s.
Situated in Copthall House on King Street, just moments’ walk from all the amenities of the town centre, Citibase Newcastle-under-Lyme, first opened its doors in the Spring and was an immediate hit with the regions’ business community filling up within months. This led to a doubling in size of the centre in the Summer with an extra floor of space being added. This third expansion in less than a year will offer additional fully serviced office space from under £4 per desk per day.
Citibase’s Marketing Director, Alasdair Farrimond said: “We are thrilled to see how many members of the local business community have already chosen to call Citibase Newcastle-under-Lyme home. With this further expansion, the centre will play host to well over 200 entrepreneurs, start-ups and SMEs, providing jobs and a huge economic boost to other established businesses in the area. We look forward to giving these new businesses a hassle-free work space, leaving them to focus on what’s really important – running and growing their business.”
