Citibase opens second flexible office hub in Leeds city centre

Citibase, The Property Manager for the New Economy, is opening its second centre in the heart of Leeds with the launch of Citibase Leeds Arena Point, which has potential to provide over 12,000 sq ft of flexible and affordable serviced office space. The new hub will offer a vibrant home for over 216 SMEs, start-ups, entrepreneurs and larger corporates based in one of the Northern Powerhouse’s most prominent cities.

Citibase Arena Point is housed in the newly renovated and iconic Arena Point building, which boasts some of the best views across the city. Arena Point is located in the vibrant Arena Quarter, offering world class entertainment and music in addition to the plethora of restaurants, bars, hotels, and leisure facilities. The launch of the flexible officing hub marks Citibase’s second centre in Leeds. Citibase Leeds City Square opened in 2014 and the launch of the new Citibase Leeds Arena Point reflects the region’s appetite for its flexible, fully serviced offices. Leeds is one of the fastest growing business hotspots in the UK, evident by the recent relocation of Channel 4. Additionally, the rate of growth from the city’s SME sector is one of the highest in the country.
