Citibase expands presence in Scotland with the launch of Citibase Aberdeen Hill of Rubislaw08/07/2019
Citibase, the UK’s leading flexible officer operator, has announced a major expansion in Scotland with the launch of Citibase Aberdeen Hill of Rubislaw, which has the potential to provide over 166,289 sq ft of flexible and affordable serviced office space. The new centre is Citibase’s fifth centre in Scotland, reflecting the country’s appetite for its flexible, fully serviced offices.
Citibase Aberdeen Hill of Rubislaw is housed in H1, The Hill of Rubislaw building, with the newly renovated centre boasting a vibrant open plan reception, with state of the art business hub facilities and an on-site café.
The launch of Citibase Aberdeen Hill of Rubislaw marks Citibase’s second centre in Aberdeen. The amount of flexible office space in Scotland is increasing above wider UK averages and the addition of this new centre will provide a vibrant home for over 2,827 SMEs, start-ups, entrepreneurs and larger corporates who are joining the flexible working revolution.
The centre is located a short drive away from Aberdeen city centre and Union Square Shopping Centre offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment facilities. Transport to and from the new centre is made easy with numerous bus routes stopping right in the front of building and Aberdeen Stations is only a 10 minute drive away.
