David is a qualified building surveyor who trained at King and Co. before joining the International Department of Knight Frank. As Development Director, David managed the redevelopment portfolio of Portmans before meeting Ian Read in a joint venture with London and Edinburgh Trust

Ian’s a qualified Civil Engineer with an MBA in Finance and over 25 years’ experience in the property/finance sectors. In addition to the creation and growth of Citibase, Ian’s worked with David Joseph on the acquisition, growth and sale of a Harley Street Medical House and the creation, growth and sale of Freehold Managers PLC.

Steve’s responsible for delivering the Citibase boards strategy. Previously Steve was Group Sales & Marketing Director of Regus plc 1999-2002, during which time the business’s global revenues doubled and the company launched a successful IPO in London. He was also a Non-Executive Director of MWB Business Exchange plc, where he was chairman of the Audit Committee. Steve has also been Board Director of SIRVA UK (a subsidiary of Clayton Dubilier and Rice) which owned Pickfords.
