    Ian ReadChairman and Founder

    Ian is a qualified Civil Engineer with an MBA in Finance and over 25 years’ experience in the property and finance sectors. In addition to the creation and growth of Citibase, Ian has worked with David Joseph on the acquisition, growth and sale of a Harley Street Medical House and the creation, growth and sale of Freehold Managers PLC, the property manager of the £146m Freehold Income Trust.

    David JosephNon - Executive Director and Founder

    David is a qualified building surveyor who trained at King and Co. before joining the International Department of Knight Frank. As Development Director, David managed the redevelopment portfolio of Portmans before meeting Ian Read in a joint venture with London and Edinburgh Trust.

    Steve JudeChief Executive

    Steve’s responsible for delivering the Citibase board’s strategy. Previously Steve was Group Sales & Marketing Director of Regus plc 1999-2002, during which time the business’s global revenues doubled and the company launched a successful IPO in London. He was also a Non-Executive Director of MWB Business Exchange plc, where he was chairman of the Audit Committee. Steve has also been Board Director of SIRVA UK (a subsidiary of Clayton Dubilier and Rice) which owned Pickfords.

The Process

  1. All enquiries must be referred via the National Sales Office using sales@citibase.co.uk for appropriate checking by the Citibase Sales team.
  2. You will receive an acceptance or rejection within 48 working hours of your introduction.
  3. All office viewings must be booked via the National Sales Office, available on 08444 993373 or sales@citibase.co.uk
  4. We operate an industry-standard overturn policy. If a client has not completed a first tour with the initial introducer then a rejected broker or agent can overturn the lead into their name with an attended viewing. Once the client has toured the lead will then be ‘rejected overturned’ to the original introducer of this lead.
