Welcome to Citibase Nottingham - Sutton Place
In 1983, almost exactly 100 years after the building was built in its beautiful position overlooking St. Mary's Church, 49 Stoney Street was converted from a lace warehouse to serviced offices.
The building was named Sutton Place after the local architect Reginald Charles Sutton.
20 years on from the initial conversion, Sutton Place was completely upgraded and now offers the combination of high quality offices and friendly support that marks Citibase from the rest.
As in other Citibase buildings, technology is to the fore. We offer a 21st Century business environment in a classic 19th Century building.
